When and where will the Universities of Â鶹ÊÓƵ For Our Future Conference be held?
The conference will take place on March 27-28, 2025 in Baton Rouge, LA at the Hilton Downtown Baton Rouge.Ìý The pre-conference event will be held on March 26, 2025.
How much are registration fees for the conference?
Early Bird registration fees are $35 for UL System institutions, this fee will be billed directly to your institution. Please be sure to have proper approval before registering. Early Bird pricing good until 2/11/2025 and increases to $50 on 2/12/2025. Pre-Conference event is included in your registration.
For Non-UL System institutions, a fee of $150 will be paid via credit card during registration. Early Bird pricing good until 2/11/2025 and increases to $200 on 2/12/2025. Pre-Conference event fee is $75.
How do I make changes or corrections to my completed registration?
To make changes or corrections to your registration, please email ULSconference@ulsystem.edu with the corrected information.
How can I cancel my registration?
To cancel your registration, please email ULSconference@ulsystem.edu no later than March 7th. After this date, registration may be transferred but not cancelled.
